Marvelous as it is a setting for car shows, Riverside Park in Ypsilanti, Mich., does present a risk: The park is built in the floodplain of the Huron River. Volkswagen of America has released a sketch of its new mid-size sedan that will go on sale in the fall of 2011 as a 2012 model-year car.
